Beginner Line Dance

This Class is a basic line dance class consisting of beginners and seniors.  If you're looking for a good way to move about and exercise and at the same time learn how to line dance - this would be the class for you!   This is not a high energy fat-burning line dance class.  Although it can be if you put more styling into it.  But mainly we laugh and have a lot of fun with the easier dances (some old and some new).  We review almost every dance before we do it and teach something new based on the level of dancers who attend that particular day.  Nothing is really set in stone and we're all very flexible.  Whether you've never line danced before or you have and you just want to dance with us - you're welcome in this class!!   Plus, for all of us just struggling to stay physically fit or if you're just starting out on an exercise program this is an easy way to lose weight and stay in shape while having a great time.
